Listening practice

This post is going to be the voice of your conscience.

The conscience is the small voice which tells you that the listening exams are just around the corner and you should practice during the bank holiday.

Annnnnnd, as the talking cricket says....

So, below you've got some links to practice with during the bank holiday.

Enjoy your well-deserved long weekend and see you on Tuesday!

Listening Practice online

Ok. Enough. My blog has enough pictures of Halloween, don't you think?

So, those of you who asked me about the listening practice.... This post is for you!

I've already posted some listening practice and you can start here:

And continue with the exams we've done in class:

Halloween games!

Given that this is an educational blog, I've gathered some Halloween themed exercises for my youngest students.

Hope you enjoy them!

You can play the classic " I spy" online with an scary twist while you revise the vocabulary related to the house and furniture.

Or you can revise your Halloween vocabulary and knowledge with these worksheets!

Getting in the Halloween Spirit

You know it,
I know it,

Even your Spanish grandparents know it!!!

I'm so looking forward to Halloween this year! One of my friends is throwing a little soirée on Saturday. We all have to bring food that match the scary atmosphere.

I've been doing some research and this is what I've found so far...

Can you help me? I can't make up my mind!

These scary ghosts look yummy...

But these hot dog mummies are very appealing...

And look at these fingers! They are just... GROSS! I don't think I could give them a try, Ew!

And, you know what? I think this weather is just.... PERFECT!

Oh. Yes.
It's perfect to stay at home and start revising for the upcoming exams.

Present Simple (theory)

Ready, Steady..... GO!

And with this post I officially start the new season of the blog.
I know, I know, it's been a while since the academic year started but... I've been extremely busy with the paperwork.

I'll put all my excuses aside and start posting new contents in here asap. I hope you like them :)

PS: A quick note to my former students. I MISS YOU guys! Hope you have a great year! I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
